Campus Art Loan

The Campus Art Loan program is a free service from the University Art Galleries that provides art for departments and offices (limited to College Station’s Main and West campuses only). The goal of the program is to place art in public areas so students and employees can view more art on campus.

The Campus Art Loan program is a collection of both original works and reproductions. Selections are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Offices requesting art must meet minimum requirements in terms of security and environmental factors. Eligibility for participation in the program is determined through a site visit completed by Campus Art Loan staff. Loans are for six months and may be renewed.

For more information about the Campus Art Loan program, email [email protected].

Please be patient when awaiting a response; the Campus Art Loan email is monitored by a student employee who works limited hours.
